Special Event request from James Bowers, President of Collins Elementary Alumni to have an "Attucks All School Reunion Parade". The parade will begin on July 2, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. from Collins Elementary to Attucks Middle School. The applicant is requesting BSO Police Escort Detail with a detail fee waiver as well as a Special Event fee waiver of $150.00.
